About these terms

finewale.com is operated by PT Mahakarya Artha Rajendra. These terms apply to every order placed on finewale.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received, and we will send you an order confirmation by email.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example because a piece is no longer available, we will contact you and return your payment in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments are processed securely through Xendit, and all available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping

We ship to addresses across Indonesia. Throughout November 2026, shipping is free on every order. Outside this period, shipping is free for orders above Rp 500.000, and for smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Exchanges

You can exchange a piece for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be returned in 100% original condition, with no defects or damage and the hang tag still attached. Return shipping to us is paid by the customer. Exchanges are for a different size or color only; we do not offer refunds.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for orders that have been received. If a piece does not fit, you can exchange it as described above.

Product information

We do our best to show every piece accurately. Colors may look slightly different on screen than in person, as lighting, photography and display settings all affect how a color appears.

Size charts on each product page show garment measurements in centimetres, taken with the garment laid flat.

Content

All content on this website, including photographs, text and logos, belongs to Finewale and may not be used without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
